A rare and interesting 18th century unbranded German violin bow probably by Joseph Strötz, Markneukirchen Ca 1750.

The octagonal stick of dark red brown pernambuco.  The half-mounted ebony frog with inlaid shield.  The button of ivory.

Near mint condition.
