At Turner Violins, we are pleased to offer part exchange on instruments or bows originally purchased from us (with proof of purchase), provided the new item is at least 100% more expensive than the original. We may consider part exchange if the upgrade is less than 100%, particularly with higher-value items, at our discretion. Part exchanges are subject to the following terms:

Eligibility: Part exchange is available only on instruments or bows purchased directly from Turner Violins. We are happy to consider part exchange on instruments or bows purchased elsewhere, but this is entirely at the discretion of Mr Turner.

Condition Assessment: The part exchange value will depend on the condition of the item. Any repair costs required to return the item to a saleable condition will be deducted from the part exchange value.

Exclusions: We do not offer part exchange against commission instruments or bows. Student outfits are also not eligible for part exchange.

No Obligation: Turner Violins is under no obligation to buy back instruments or bows previously sold.
- Discretionary Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Turner Violins.
