Terms and Conditions

Orders and Prices

When an order is placed through our online shop no contract will exist until we confirm acceptance of the order by email.

All prices and delivery charges shown are inclusive of VAT.

All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that there is a change in the price of goods for which you have already placed an order then we will contact you to give you opportunity to amend or cancel your order.

Prices displayed apply to our online shop only and will not necessarily be matched in our other shops.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days, either by Royal Mail or courier. Should dispatch of your order be delayed for any reason then we will notify you.

Please note that currently we only accept orders for UK delivery and can only deliver to the card holder's billing address.

We currently offer free delivery on all items within the UK.

Security

When you enter your credit/debit card details on our payment pages, they are transmitted to secure servers in an encrypted form so you can be assured that your card details are safe.

Faulty or damaged goods

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive be faulty or damaged on arrival then please contact us so that we can arrange for a refund or exchange.

Cancelling Your Order

There is a cooling off period of seven working days from the day on which the goods are delivered during which you have the right to cancel the order and have your money refunded. This cancellation should be sent in writing to Turner Violins Ltd, 1-5 Lily Grove, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1QL, by fax to 0115 943 0444 or by email to orders@turnerviolins.co.uk.

If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. Should you fail to return the goods with 14 days we may make arrangements to collect the goods from you and you will be liable for any costs incurred. Whilst the goods are in your possession you have an obligation to take good care of them.

Privacy

Any personal information that Turner Violins Ltd may acquire will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be sold, hired or given to any third parties unless required to do so by law.
