Whilst fine old Italian cellos are growing ever scarcer, many people are realising the importance of 18th and 19th century English makers like Forster, Hill and Kennedy to name but a few. We have a very good selection of these fine English cellos to choose from.

Good choice for beginners

Whether you are six or sixty when you begin to learn the cello, we have an excellent range of instruments available in both full and small sizes, including new and used instruments.

Mid-range cellos

Although it is increasingly difficult to find good old cellos suitable for a first mid-range instrument, we provide, at the lower end of the range, an excellent choice of used modern or new workshop instruments from Germany and the Far East. Our range of old instruments is extremely comprehensive and offers a good selection for the advanced student and the more serious player.
